MusicSA is pleased to announce one of Adelaide's best recording, disk manufacture & production studios 'Fat City' as a new sponsor of the website. Located in the CBD, next door to the new Channel 10 building on Hutt and Wakefield, Fat Trax has been creating some of the best sounds in town for over 15 years.  Now under new ownership, but still retaining their resident sound engineer, Matt Williams, the studio continues to provide musicians with the support and assistance that has been the foundation of this successful Adelaide icon.  Fat Trax has recently agreed to a generous sponsorship deal with Music SA that will assist in the development of musical talent from South Australia.

about

MusicSA

MusicSA is a non-profit, government funded service. Launched in July 2003 with the support of Arts SA, it is the only complete SA website designed for - and by - the music industry.

The mission of MusicSA is to be driven by those who need it most: artists, venues, audiences and others in the many support areas of SA music.

With nearly 500 SA bands & 25 venues already online, the site aims to be a one-stop-shop for information on the local scene, and always encourages contributions in content, questions and suggestions.

It's also a major resource for music lovers of all types, averaging over 1,200 DIFFERENT VISITORS DAILY, and 35,000 DIFFERENT VISITORS every month.

MusicSA underwent its 2nd major revamp in January 2007, and the new and improved site makes it even easier for our artists to be seen and heard, and for everyone to have their say about the direction and future of SA music.

As always, its continued success relies on the participation of those in the industry, and with your help, Musicsa.com.au will remain an important and prominent way to foster, promote and celebrate our vibrant local music scene.
