MUSIC SA'S LOUDER THAN WORDS ROADSHOW - NORTHERN SUBURBS
There's no better way to kick off Australian Music Month (November) than with a hot showcase of SA's talent (9 bands will be performing for only a gold coin donation entry fee!!), and a free workshop to help our muso's get a headstart in the industry.
The state's premier music website, MusicSA (www.musicsa.com.au ), is proud to present the 3rd instalment of its popular LOUDER THAN WORDS Roadshow series, supported by ArtsSA, AUSMUSIC SA, City of Salisbury & APRA.
MusicSA is a non-profit, government funded website that promotes all aspects of the SA Music Industry. The Roadshow is a non-profit event, which gives musicians of outer-metro regions access to a wealth of support and information on how to succeed in the industry.
The showcase itself offers new opportunities for live performance by emerging musicians in the region, and of course, it is also a lot of fun for music-lovers of all ages!
The November 2006 'Louder Than Words' Roadshow will focus on Adelaide's Northern Suburbs, and features a live showcase of established & emerging bands, plus a free workshop on the SA music industry.
These events are not to be missed if you are a music lover or musician!

Prizes & Giveaways! The Northern Suburbs will ROCK with the latest Louder Than Words Showcase lineup.
Catch some of the best bands in the region, on Saturday 4th November from 5:30pm to Midnight. The infamous Le Rox / Bridgeway Hotel will be overrun with bands & punters alike, as 9 acts from different genres get their chance to take to the stage.
Ranging from melodic pop/rock to metal, acoustic reggae to punk, and a healthy dose of alt rock, the showcase has something for everyone.
See 9 different acts for only a gold coin donation for entry - that has to be the bargain of the century!
It's a tight schedule to fit everyone in, so get there early to make the most of the evening.
The showcase is all ages, too, so remember to bring ID for alcohol.
Doors open 5:30pm, with the first band on at 5:35pm, and it all finishes at midnight.

ALL AGES INFORMATION
MusicSA's series LOUDER THAN WORDS are ALL AGES events.
The following information is provided in order to help all of our punters have a safe, enjoyable time at the Showcase.
- If you want to drink alcohol at the event, you must bring photo ID. Security personnel will be checking ID at the entry to the venue. You will not be permitted to drink if you do not have a wrist band provided by security
- The showcase finishes at 12am midnight.
- There will be security personnel provided by the venue (at entry, inside & outside venue) to monitor the crowd
Adelaide Metro buses running on Saturday evenings can provide transport to and from the venue.

Refreshments An important part of the Louder Than Words Roadshow is a FREE WORKSHOP on the SA music industry, held in Salisbury (John Harvey Gallery - City of Salisbury building) on Wednesday 1st November, 7pm - 9pm.
Pitched at any artist/band in the local scene, the workshop will be a perfect introduction for those just starting out, or anyone wanting to get further ahead in SA music.
You might be surprised to learn how much help is out there waiting for you!
