are/why?
are/why? Streetwear Host Music Showcase
It is always a beautiful thing when art, music and fashion combines, particularly when that marriage is forged using all local ingredients. Adelaide based street wear label 'are/why?' have done just that teaming up with funk rockers ‘Tony Font Show ’ and indie outfit ‘Newtonheath ’.
'are/why?' believe that art should be accessible to everyone and a part of everyday life, thus designing limited runs of creative shirts and hoodies that incorporate unique pieces of art.
'are/why?' will be releasing their latest range of winter warmers on Saturday the 31st of May at the Governor Hindmarsh . The night will feature artists Tony Font Show and Newtonheath, who proudly don the 'are/why?' label, as well as the superb talents of Soft White Machine and Secrets in Scale. Let’s face it; it’s a good looking night. Entry is $10 from 8pm and is over 18s.
