laneway expands space for adelaide
Updated: 6 December 2011
You'll find a heady mix of artists in this, the 2012 St Jerome's Laneway Festival line-up. There's the ground-breaking, the genre-bending, your recent discoveries and your soon-to-be new favourites. But one thing unites them all: they are spine-tinglingly great live. This coming 10 February 2012, Laneway will inhabit Fowler's Live / University of SA in an even bigger space!
The 2012 Australian event returns to the five venues that have established Laneway as one of the most unique events in the country. The banks of Melbourne's Maribyrong river, the historic sandstone buildings of Sydney's College of the Arts, the tree-lined laneways just minutes from the Brisbane CBD, the lush grounds of the Perth Cultural Centre, and a new, expanded site at University of SA in Adelaide will provide the backdrop for 2012's most exciting indie line-up.
