west end xmas arts market & carnivale comes to town

Adelaide's West End is gearing up for another massive FREE Christmas market and multicultural street party. The inaugural 2010 event was a huge success so its back again in 2011 on Sunday 18 December with over 30 stalls selling unique Christmas gifts on beautiful Leigh Street.

The market features work from some of Adelaide’s finest designers – makers with a price range to suit every pocket.

Leigh Street in Adelaide’s CBD, will be converted in a mecca of Latino, Brazilian, Middle Eastern, African, Asian, European and Australian flavours, beats and family friendly entertainment in the heart of the West End with Roving Performers and Live Entertainment.

Entertainment for the day includes:
The Amazing Drumming Monkeys
Laura Hill
Nuvo
The Atlantic Street Band
The Levitators
- all absolutely FREE !!!!

Food from Leigh Streets favourite restaurants, kids activities, multicultural dancers and djs will bring Leigh Street alive and showcase the best of what the West end has offer...come and join the fun.
