bands wanted! prospect's youth indie sound

Prospect Council is hosting a weekly music event for young people each Saturday afternoon at Prospect Town Hall from 3pm.

With mostly Indie sounds being provided by a local bands whose members are all aged under 19 , this is a great chance to check out some local music talent and help to kick along an Indie scene in Prospect.

Are you in a Band and would like to get some performance experience? This is your chance to polish your act and step up on stage!  Contact Brendan Lott on 8342 8057 to book your band to perform.

“At the moment we have two bands to perform and are hoping that running the weekly event will attract other bands to get involved” said Mark Crabtree, Youth Development Officer with City of Prospect.

“We are planning to run this event each week and, if it gets support from young people, we will keep it going.  We are looking for Bands to perform that are pretty serious about delivering a high standard so that we are able to build a weekly audience.” said Mark,

Bring along your friends to sit under a shady tree in the Park and enjoy these free weekly music events each Saturday, just for young people.
