Perth-based independent musician Andrew is an exciting performer not to be missed. This independent blues and roots artist combines unique lap slide and dobro guitar with stomps, humour and original somgwriting to provide an engaging and authentic performance. Andrew is an accomplished songwriter and performer crossing blues, roots, pop, bluegrass and gospel genres. He has engaged a growing national audience with his innovative lap guitar playing, dynamic vocals and humour driven shows. Andrew has a unique and quirky outlook on life that is conveyed in his songs, and his stories from the stage! In addition to a busy weekly performing schedule around Perth and WA over the past few years, Andrew has performed at many major festivals including Port Fairy, Fairbridge, Bridgetown Blues, West Coast Blues & Roots, and he has shared the bill and the stage with a range of outstanding national and international performers.

Andrew has released two solo albums ’Barrel O Monkeys’ (2003) and the mostly live recording ‘Can’t Slow Down’ (2004). He is currently touring nationally to support the release of his third solo album ‘The Decompression Chamber’ distributed through MGM available at all good record stores and gigs!
