The Brown Brothers are arguably one of the most successful bands to come out of Adelaide in the last ten years. They have spent the last two years touring extensively and peforming original contemporary rock songs, stunning audiences all over Australia. With the concentrated travel of the East Coast, The Brown Brothers have created a huge fan base all over Sydney, Melbourne, Snowfields in Mt Hotham and Thredbo, Brisbane, Cairns, Tasmania, regional Australia and especially in their hometown Adelaide.

The Brown Brothers are the youngest band to win a SAMI Award, doing so in 1999. Michael, now 18 and Leigh, 15 have made numerous TV appearances around Australia. They have performed live on SA.FM, Triple M and ABC in Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane. They have appeared on The Basement radio Station in Sydney and have perfromed at The Basement Nightclub (Sydney), and played many other prestigious clubs and pubs around Australia including The Beach Hotel, Byron Bay and The Espy in St. Kilda, Melbourne.

Michael Brown has been honoured as best guitarist in the annual Generations in Jazz weekend with James Morrison and has also won Future Finallist for two years running. Leigh Brown has recently won two SAMI awards for best male vocalist and keybordist. Andre Wise has also won a place in the Generations in Jazz Super Band. After a short break in 2003, The Brown Brothers are set to tour again in 2004 and record their fourth solo album.
