Studying for their music honours performance degrees (classical) at the elder conservatorium, the Candida kids also had a need to break out into the rockier side of life, thus, CANDIDA was born. Currently professional musicians in their own right (including performing with The Cat Empire, Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, Australian Youth Orchestra and the Skyline Quartet to name a few), Candida sure know how to work a crowd into a dancing frenzy with their unique Electronica-Groove Rock sound which features virtuosic electric-viol.Their debut CD 'Telstar' entered at number 2 on the SA Real Charts and their brand new single 'Mystery' is set to cause even more fuss!!
