Singer/ Songwriter Carla Waye emerged from a fusion of cultures, beliefs, and morals. With a pure love for the art of music, at a young age Carla identified her naturally soulful voice and dreamt that it would one day take her on an electrifying journey. At age 11 she began to practice various aspects of performing arts and was regularly acknowledged as a promising star.
Over the next four years Carla earned further recognition in the music industry and took place as a member of an all girl pop group. Having performed at various shows across Australia, with the experience of performing in front of audiences consisting of 10,000 +, composing a large collection of original material and working with renowned Australian and International producers and musicians, Carla Waye has become a young professional prepared for the hardships of stardom that lay ahead. Carla has now entered the next chapter of her career as a solo artist, proceeding with her unique style of R&B, Pop, and traditional multicultural sounds stemming from her diverse upbringing. She has just completed her debut solo club track, Dangerous Dancefloor, with artist/ producer Israel, and is currently writing her new upcoming material as well as material for various fellow Australian artists new albums. At present, this 17 year old singer/songwriter has the world at her feet and a vision to create addictive melodies while portraying themes that currently shape the world.
