Convict Anatomy
Australian Progressive thrash metal band, living and playing in Adelaide.
Convict Anatomy was established in 2007, consisting of Josh Cowan, Tim Stewart and Lisa Lane-Collins as the band members, After an extensive search convict anatomy has finally completed the line-up by adding Jack Jacobs-Moses on drums and Daniel Sloan on bass guitar.

Josh kicked started his music Career by travelling to far north queensland to study music with Mark Fuccilli, performing everything from jazz classics to reggae and hard rock.
While study with Mark Fuccilli, Josh started his metal addiction by putting together Metal Edge and Toxigen. Both these bands were experimental metal with a few covers thrown in for practice. Metal Edge and Toxigen played gigs at Johno's nightclub, TAFE amphitheatre, numerous pubs/clubs and the Yungaburra Folk Festival (tropical weekend of musical pleasure in the Cairns Highlands).
Tim Stewart - Lead Guitar, Back-up Vocals
Tim is currently in 3 bands – Pitchfork, Vernichten and Convict Anatomy. Tims first band, developed in Mildura, is where he discovered and improved his ‘bass guitar’, ‘acoustic guitar’, ‘drums’ and ‘singing skills’. Jack Jacobs-Moses - Drums Co founder of the heavy metal bands Inexistance and A Branch Davidian, Who have since parted ways due to personal differences, Jack began drumming as a rock jazz drummer before progressing to heavy metal via a great passion for the genre and heavy influences from drummers such as Panteras 'Vinnie Paul' and Slipknots 'Joey Jordison'. Daniel Sloan - Bass Guitar
Also a co founder of bands Inexistance (As lead guitarist) and A Branch Davidian (his first venture as a bass guitarist) Daniel is well known for his extensive theoretical knowledge of 6/12 string accoustic guitar, Electric guitar and Bass guitar. Daniels guitar career stems from an early love of guitarists such as Dimebag Darrell of Pantera and Sir Robert Flynn of Machine Head, this then progressed to bass guitar in late 2007 due to band interests. Lisa Lane-Collins - Engineer, Sampler, Keys Lisa has an extensive music back-ground currently studying Diploma of Sound Engineering.
