Courtney started performing in 2003, but has no trouble capturing her audiences attention. Her sweet, simple folk melodies make for a perfectly understated backdrop for haunting yet smooth vocals. A natural story teller, Courtney's honest, thoughtful lyrics have the power to connect with people from all walks of life and her natural stage presence is warm and inviting.

Late last year Courtney completed work on her debut album, "Unarmed" which she has been promoting around the country for most of 2007.

Courtney has continued solid gigging since she first broke onto the Adelaide scene and supported such artists as The Yearlings, The Liars Bench and Dexter Jones, playing at local venues the Grace Emily, The Exeter, The Prince Albert Hotel, The Austral, The Wheatsheaf as well as holding a residency at Daniel O'Connells.
