Formed in 2004, Deafening Silence is a five piece Adelaide metal band. The plethoric influence of many heavy music genres creates Deafening Silence from a backbone of intricate rhythmic patterns, solid driving drum and bass grooves, and intense heavy and melodic vocals. This is a band striving for difference and innovation while keeping in your face!

The debut recording ‘Destruction is Creation’ aims to create a synthesis in the heavy music genre by destroying the musical boundaries that segregate.
