formed in 1999, Dexter Jones are an energetic rock band from Down under. Their style and sound is influenced by early 60's and 70's rock but tainted with a fresh injection of todays sound. encompassing grooves and hooks that stick like music glue. Dexter Jones released their AA side in 2004, in which they played their asses off around Australia and earnt a SAMI award for most popluar rock/alternative act...thus followed them with national airplay. Since then the dexter lads have been hard at work in the studio with their new drummer Ryan Hemmingway (the new vague) and writing new material for their debut album, due for release in 2008. tracks on this myspace site are demos for the album... rock on!
