Dominian have been recognised by nationally accredited music competition”Music Oz”

 

Dominian entered last year’s music oz competition in 2004 the results are in DOMINIAN made the top 100 songs in the rock category. Considering many Australian bands enter this competition each year, it is an accomplishment to be proud of. Their song “Mirror” made no. 90 out of 100 in the rock category in 2004.

 

Dominian have had interstate and International exposure

 

DOMINIAN won the Adelaide Final and were successful in gaining a position in the Victorian State Final on the 4th of November at the Tote Hotel (Melbourne) to compete for a spot in the National Final in Sydney for the World Battle of the Bands.

Japan, New Zealand, The United States and Australia are the countries involved in the World Battle of the Bands.

 

Dominian have recorded and marketed an EP and are currently completing their Full Length DEBUT album:

 

DOMINIAN released their DEBUT EP ”Three” in September 2004 through selected records stores and on the internet via their website  www.dominianmusic.com

They will be releasing their full length album in late 2006 via their website.

 

Dominian has supported some nationally known artists such as

 

Jebediah at the After burn Festival (Wayville Showgrounds)

MotorAce at the After burn Festival (Wayville Showgrounds)

And the Test Eagles at the Adelaide Uni Bar

 

Dominian have had Radio Exposure

 

Dominian have played live to air on many occasions on Radio Adelaide

With follow up interviews and had their music on a regular rotation

Dominian have also had a regular rotation on 3D Radio with follow up interviews and upon release of their DEBUT EP ’three”

Dominian were also featured on Triple J during their “Three hours of Power” shortly after the release of their EP with their song “Mirror”.

 

Dominian have had TV exposure

 

DOMINIAN’s film clip to (My Way) was shown on Ground Zero and they were in the chat room as well in 2002

 

Dominian charted in Top 10

 

Dominian Charted in the top 10 in the alternative charts at mp3.com.au for several weeks in 2001 with songs such as Mirror, Embrace the New, Operate.

Music from their latest release has had over 3000 hits on mp3unsigned.com

 

Dominian have played many live shows in Adelaide and outside Adelaide as well.
