Young Dylan Ferguson is a high-energy bass player born on Kaurna Yerta, Adelaide Australia . From the Scottish Highlands Dylan's ancestry has placed him living in the lowlands of the Northern Flinders & Lofty Ranges allowing him to develop a truly Australian Sound, influenced through local Indigenous experiences.

A Founding Member of Adelaide's Reggae Funk Infusion “Poetikool Justice” Dylan is not limited to solo performance. Recently performing & writing music for a theatre show called “Something to declare – True stories of refugees & asylum seekers in Australia ” to raise funds for the Australian Refugee Association (ARA). In July 2005, Dylan released his first solo recording “Traveller Walk Traveller talk”.

Currently Dylan is working with Adelaideian Percussionist, Russell Harding on “The Infectious Project”, a fusion of Reggae, Funk, African rhythm and one love, to infect the hips. As well, as preparing new solo songs for touring Bush-Australia. Through his travels Dylan has performed with the likes of Xavier Rudd in Köln , Germany & Combat Wombat in Alice Springs , Northern Territory .

Bringing together ten years of dedication to the bass guitar, when accompanied by voice and percussive elements, he creates an approach to music and solo performance nothing less than original.
