EROSION
Erosion the band from the north that are turning heads and proving to be “the band you have to see” after winning the state's Live and Local band competition in 2009.
Hailing from the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide, Erosion officially formed in September 2008 playing their first gig at the Salisbury Hotel in the 2008 summer series of the Rockwars band competitiong
With an energetic, hard-hitting and entertaining show, every gig Erosion play is guaranteed to outdo the last. Combining strong guitar riffs together with a solid bass line, kick-ass drum beats and quality vocals, the support for the boys is growing stronger and stronger with each show they play.
The group consisting of ‘front man’ Craig Whales, guitarist Aaron Linwood, drummer Will Clark and the bands newest member Glen Crawford on bass,have performed live on Radio Adelaide, played numerous shows around Adelaide City and suburbs, and are starting a run of regional shows including a very successful trip to the riverland and looking at heading to the eastern states at the end of 2010.
Erosion were a proven hit after sharing the stage with The Red Shore, Calling All Cars and The Scissor File at the ELIZAPALOOZA music festival.
Erosion are constantly growing stronger and tighter as a band. The boys have just finished laying down touched on their debut EP which is looking to get released around may/june so stay tuned and come check out Erosion at a venue near you!!!
