To help promote our local artists, Musicsa.com.au offers FREE artist listings on the site, with space for multiple photos, a biography, sound & video files and contact details.
Please note, listings are for SOUTH AUSTRALIAN Bands / Artists only.
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT CONTENT TO YOUR OWN PAGE - MusicSA will build a blank listing for you, and it will not go live until YOU add a bio, photo and contact details. If you sign up for a listing, you must be prepared to create/update your own page!
Listed artists are also entitled to special discounts at SA music outlets & services, through our Loyalty Card program. Submit your new artist page, get your Loyalty cards, and start shopping!
ARTIST PROCESSING
*** NEW ARTIST REQUESTS ARE PROCESSED ON A WEEKLY BASIS (USUALLY MONDAY OR TUESDAY) - PLEASE BE PATIENT ***
Fill in the form (at left) with the name of your band / act and the name of the contact person. Your request will be processed faster if you put the NAME OF YOUR BAND/ARTIST in the 'artist / performer name' part of the form.
A reply will be sent to your nominated email address with details of how you can login to the system and add content to your page.
You will be issued a username and password when you sign up for a listing, so that you have direct access to update your page.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By supplying file(s) for an artist listing, you are giving permission for them to be published on the website, www.musicsa.com.au.
In submitting a request for an artist page, you agree that the following terms & conditions apply:
1. You warrant that you are an artist resident in South Australia.
2. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to provide all information and materials (including but not limited to text, logos and artwork) ("Materials") for your artists' page on the Ausmusic SA website ("Website").
3. All Materials are subject to the approval of The South Australian Contemporary Music Company Limited ACN 079 445 051 trading as Ausmusic SA ("Ausmusic SA") and Ausmusic SA reserves the right to remove any Materials from the Website at any time, in its absolute discretion.
4. You warrant that:
(a) you own or have a license to use all Materials for publication on the Website;
(b) the Materials comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
(c) the Materials are true and not misleading;
(d) the publication of the Materials will not infringe the rights of any person or give rise to any claim against Ausmusic SA (or its officers, employees, agents or subcontractors).
5. You hereby indemnify Ausmusic SA (including its officers, employees, agents and subcontractors) from and against all claims, demands, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, awards, judgements and any other liability whatsoever arising directly or indirectly in connection with the publication of any Materials on the Website or any breach by you of the warranties set out in paragraph 4.
6. In agreeing to publish the Materials, Ausmusic SA excludes all conditions and warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ausmusic SA makes no warranty as to the availability of the Website.
7. Ausmusic SA will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage or loss arising directly or indirectly or in any way attributable to the performance or non-performance by Ausmusic SA of any of its obligations.
8. These terms & conditions contain the entire agreement between Ausmusic SA and you in relation to your artists' page on the Website.
