Formed in 2009 Hills and Trains are a four piece outfit boasting 3 vocalists and songwriters that share the frontman load. Their so far short life (gigging since June 2009) has seen them playing with James Reyne, The Badloves, The Audreys, Special Patrol, Hucklebury Swedes and Colin Hay.
Though the life of Hills and Trains is only just beginning the 4 members, Travis Dragani (percussion), Charlie Carroll (guitar/vocals), Curtis McKay (bass/vocals) and Jess Atkinson (guitar/vocals) have played with the likes of Powderfinger, Alice Cooper, You Am I, Judas Priest and Something For Kate in their previous bands and have released several albums and EPs between them.
The culmination of the 4 members has lead to an eclectic little outfit that has refined itself to a Tom Petty vs Ryan Adams sound.
Hills and Trains currently have a 3 track demo available for free at shows and will begin working on an official full length release in 2010.
