Incarnadine
Genre:Rock
Gutsy five-piece Incarnadine may have formed in 2005, but it has been since their line-up change in late 2007 that they have transitioned into the compelling, diverse rock band that they are today. In the past year they have shared bills with some of the most popular outfits in South Australia including Fighterpilot, Fear In Dakota, Angelik and The Irresponsibles. Dynamic and refreshing, Incarnadine have found a strong following among punters who demand both a high quality of music and a strong stage presence.
Skilled drum grooves and driving bass anchor Incarnadine’s music. Refreshing keyboards and powerful guitar provide the foundation for the captivating vocal melodies. With sounds reminiscent of bands like Evanescence, Hole and Audioslave, Incarnadine have created a synthesis of music that provides a revitalizing tight set for the rock lovers with sufficient weight for the metal fans and enough melodic drama to hook in the popsters. Incarnadine’s latest three-track CD “The Soldier”, is the long awaited follow up from their 2007 single, “Power Play”, which ranked highly in both the national Triple J Unearthed and Toohey’s Uncharted competitions. With their drive, passion and energetic performances, Incarnadine are set to become one of the most vibrant South Australian rock sounds of 2010.
