Formed in early 2008, Penelope Suicide is already getting a lot of attention from music fans and bands alike. Residing in the rock city of Adelaide, Penelope Suicide are creating musical bliss through it's four talented musicians.
Holding the mic is Rachel Playford, singing with power, passion, and a voice to challenge the greatest of female vocalists. Lead guitar is held by Adam Cocker, an unbelievably talented musician who is legally blind! On the drums is Glenn Robert Byers Johnston, a fast-paced, energetic musician whom plays some very driving beats. Last but definately not least, the 6"4' giant, David Mason Trim slaps the strings of his bass guitar with beautiful precision and speed.
Together, Penelope Suicide are a layered, skilled band who's compositions create an electric atmosphere, full of beauty and dispare, hope and pain. A definite must see.
