Shock Tactics are a fast melodic punk rock band from Adelaide. Forming in 2002, the four piece began writing songs and recorded their first demo soon after. Since then, Shock Tactics have been busy with an intense gigging schedule playing regularly around Adelaide and regional South Australia, including Mt Gambier and Pt Lincoln. Within this time they also recorded their second demo, which lead to a place on the 2004 Wildeloo Festival line-up.

Shock Tactics have played with the likes of Frenzal Romb, Testeagles, Spiderbait, Snap to Zero and One Way Out. Future goals for 2004 include regular interstate and regional tours and preparing for their debut EP release.
