‘’A gem of an Album†Andrew Murfett, The Age (Melbourne)
This quirky, character themed album tells a beautiful and sad story of three best friends who are separated by their various paths. Emily, George and the third party (The writer of these songs) are best friends since early childhood. They take drugs together in their teens until George moves over seas (Hollywood) to pursue acting and become famous. When he returns home unsuccessful he finds his only true love, Emily, has a drug problem and two children to another man. George, who was abused by his father as a child, and now a failed actor, out of love, can not deal with his life any more and ends it off the roof of a ten story building.
