After a chance re-meeting in a Country session. Primary School buds Angus, Jordy and Nik manoeuvred their love for blues, skating and lemonade into the happy/sad surf-pop trio Don’t Bring Stacey. Formed in May 2019, the boys dropped their first single ‘Everybody Knows’ a chunky offering with hooks a plenty only a few months later. Don’t Bring Stacey return this December with their long awaited new single ‘Changed my Hair’ (Premiered on Triple J). A tongue in cheek exploration of low self-esteem, a rather eventful mental breakdown and the following rise to self-empowerment. …basically a breakup song.
