Less than a month to go now before Adelaide Fringe Festival takes over the town, and suburbs, and even some regional areas!
FRUSIC (Fringe Music) promotion will go full force by mid February, and we’ve already started featuring some hand-picked shows and live music venues on the Music SA site & social pages.
So. What do have we got up our sleeves for promoting the official music shows (and venues) of Fringe – and how can you get involved?
PRINTED GUIDE
The Music is printing 25,000 copies of the FRUSIC listings, in a special guide that’s hitting the streets 11 February
GET INVOLVED:
(1) If you are an official Fringe Music show or venue, you will be automatically listed for free
(2) Fill out this online form if you want to be considered for some free editorial in the guide
(3) Contact Zoe (03) 9229 4499 at The Music sales@themusic.com.au to book some ad space (which comes with a bit of editorial too!)
MUSIC SA FEATURES
Every week we’ll be sharing news on a handful of Fringe Music shows in our FRUSIC features. These appear on our Music SA site, via our Facebook & Twitter, and in our fortnightly eNews.
GET INVOLVED:

WALKING TRAIL
The National Trust are building a FRUSIC-themed walking trail in the Adelaide City Explorer app, so you can explore the city’s live music venue highlights, get to know their fascinating history, and see what music they’re hosting during Fringe. Launching 10 Feb.
GET INVOLVED:
(1) Download the Adelaide City Explorer app for free, look for the FRUSIC walking trail from 10 Feb
If you’re playing a Fringe Music show at one of our short-listed CBD venues, you’ll find a link to your Fringetix page! Share the news with your friends and fans, and get them on the trail.
