UNIFIED have announced their brand new initiative, The Unified Grant. UNIFIED founder and CEO Jaddan Comerford announced this during his keynote speech at Bigsound this year. It will give people the chance to follow their creative dreams behind the scenes in the music industry.

The Grant comprises of five $5000 grants which are available to creative, passionate people to help them follow their dreams. Its aim is to foster the next generation of driven young creatives who want to work in music but don’t play an instrument: photographers, producers, videographers, web developers, graphic designers, journalists, app builders, data analysts and all the other disciplines that haven’t yet come into focus.

To apply for the grant you will need to fill out a questionnaire and write a 500 word statement explaining why you deserve the grant and what you will spend the money on. Applications are open to any creative ideas behind the scenes of the music industry.

The Unified Grant applications are now open here. The panel decide on five winners, who will each receive $5000 to put towards their passion. The announcement will be on Monday November 21st 2016.

Applications for The Unified Grant will close on October 31st.
