We're at the heart of the West End in Adelaide and have been at the forefront of creating a whole new vibe in the area which is now absolutely buzzing with culture. We're the only venue in the area that has outside seating both at the front of the hotel and at the rear in our massive beer garden. Our beer garden has recently undergone renovations so now not only is it awesome for those warm Aussie nights but also perfect for enjoying a cosy drink outdoors in the middle of winter. We always keep the grooves happening here with Live Jazz on Tuesdays, Live bands on Thursdays (with Blues night the first Thursday of every month), 80s night on Fridays, Electro fusion DJs on Saturdays, and great beats the rest of the week. Best of all it's all totally FREE!

Officially recognised as the Uni SA Pub, the hotel has had a face lift to compliment the changing face of the university, yet retaining its own physical identity. Come in and see the renowned Fred Neeson Jazz Explosion featuring Adelaide’s ubiquotis sax icon Chris Soole with ARIA winning bassist extraodinaire Lyndon Gray, the exposive drum-meister Craig Lauritsen, plus guitar technician ex-mechanic Dave Innocente.
Wednesdays and Thursdays
Live bands in the front bar every Wednesday and Thursday from 9pm. Check local gig guides for details. First Thursday of every month is Blues Night with "Fool’s Gold" from 9pm
Fridays 9pm - 2am
We have "Back to the Future" Night with DJ’s Anthony, Mish, and rotating guests playing the best of the 80’s. So put on your leg warmers and get ready to dance the night away!
Saturdays
Come in and listen to some of the finest electro fusion to set the mood for a great night out. Some of Adelaide’s best DJ’s playing everything from House, to Hip Hop, to Drum n Base.
