A Death cover, album called ‘Diseased Diety’ and tracks including ‘Impetus of Misery’ and ‘Feasting on the Flesh of the Elders.’ That should give you a good idea of what to expect from Adelaide metal heavyweights Voros‘ new release!!
This hard hitting collection was recorded at Against the Grain studios, and mastered by ‘Zuess’ (aka Chris Harris), known for his work with Suffocation, Kataklysm and Revocation. This is the follow up to 2014 release ‘The Sky Burial EPs’ and is available to stream for free via Bandcamp. Drummer Liam Weedall explains that “This album represents a massive step up for us. These songs only make us harder to categorise as a band by incorporating elements of death, thrash, prog and groove metal.”
Voros will be playing some launch shows around Australia in celebration, and you can find them this Saturday 5 September at Enigma. Sharing the stage are Beyond Mortal Dreams, Daemon Pyre, Alkira & more.
