Shedley Theatre

Located 40 minutes outside of Adelaide the iconic Shedley Theatre complex was first opened by His Excellency the Governor, Sir Edric Bastyan in 1965. Since then the theatre has played host to a variety of musicals, comedy and vaudeville acts, concerts and more- This has developed its rich history in the music and art scene of Adelaide.

The theatre itself has a capacity of 387 and boasts a large stage with enormous depth. It includes an orchestra pit, not visible from the house and sits below stage level with it comfortably accommodating a 12 piece band. In the atrium of the Shedley Theatre our newly developed Shedley Café and Bar is located for attendees to enjoy during their visit to matinee or evening performances.
