‘Mama Jambo‘. Such fun words to say. The quirky warehouse cafe / music venue in the West End offers “tasty meals sourced from local produce with an African twist”, in which case it seems the ideal place for the Fringe show ‘Acoustic Africa‘!
Presented by Moore Black Music, the uplifting show is a mix of original reggae songs and the popular classics, with all the lyrics, rhythms and sweet tunes you love.
Moore hails from Nigeria, and cut his teeth performing across Europe and Australia with his band Moore Black & the Organic Roots.
He’s joined by Ras Minano from the Hope of Africa band which hails from Ghana, and Michael Bryant (Australia) from Funky Fingers.
As they say, “get high on life and high on reggae.” See you there.
