Louise Messenger

Louise Messenger is a Jazz/Contemporary vocalist. Her career began as a finalist on the show “Popstars”, which led to becoming a regular on Channel 10’s Good News Week & performing at the 2000 Logie Awards. She then returned to Adelaide where she happily has built a career as a vocalist & educator, and completed a B.Mus.Ed (Jazz Voice) at the Elder Conservatiorium.
Louise has since sung all over the world, leads a jazz ensemble very imaginatively titled “The Louise Messenger Quartet”, has written and produced a show about Doris Day called “A Sentimental Journey”, and is a founding member and manager of “The Boswell Project” – a vintage harmony trio who are breathing life into the long forgotten music of the Boswell Sisters from the 1930’s.
She is also a freelance vocalist who regularly performs with a variety of groups including “The Girls Next Door”, “The Incredibles” “The Mike Stewart Big Band” “For your Love” (60’s British Invasion Show) “Shake Your Booty” (70’s Disco Explosion!
