Following a period impacted by COVID-19, the Board of Music SA are looking for a passionate and professional leader to join our team.
Music SA is a not-for-profit organisation committed to promoting, supporting and developing contemporary music in South Australia.
We are looking for someone who is a genuine leader who can plan, manage and deliver Music SA’s Strategic Plan, Goals and Objectives in the areas of Industry development, Artist development, Audience development and Organisational development.
The ideal candidate will also have an in-depth understanding of the music industry. You will enjoy operating at both a strategic and operational level and have the gravitas and capability to represent the organisation and the industry. Above all else you will be a people-centric leader, who enjoys motivating others and enjoys problem-solving. Working knowledge of vocational education and training and the ability to apply this knowledge to meet industry demand for skill development would be preferred, as would previous experience in a not-for-profit organisation.
