MusicSA is seeking an organised and detail-driven Awards Coordinator to help deliver the 2026 SA Music Awards.

The successful candidate will oversee the nominations and judging processes across 34 award categories, coordinating judges, managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the awards process from start to finish.

This six-month contract offers flexible part-time hours, with workloads increasing during key delivery periods in October and November. The role is ideal for someone with strong project management and administration skills, experience coordinating complex processes and a solid understanding of the contemporary music industry.
