Bianca Feher is a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from the Riverland. Now residing in North Adelaide, she has been performing professionally at local venues and community events across South Australia since early 2021.Music has always been a part of Bianca’s life, with her performances at music tuition recitals developing her skill and love for it. Though trained on piano, her main instrument is now guitar. Not only does Bianca perform as a solo artist, but is the lead singer and lyricist for Neighbour Avenue, after a short stint as the band’s first drummer. Neighbour Avenue, a band inspired by a post-high school celebratory trip to Goolwa consists of Bianca and her closest school friends who now also reside in Adelaide. Her first single ‘Emotional Purgatory’ was released in October 2021 and gained significant attention in the Riverland. After moving to Adelaide in 2022, she released ‘Flipped’ and performed at Marksenfest in 2022, opening for The Rions, Mums Favourite and Max Kelly. Now in the role of Arts and Cultural Officer at St Mark’s College, she dived in to the Adelaide music scene and is set to book the Marksenfest 2023 lineup in coming months. Though Bianca finds it difficult to categorise herself by genre, she has been likened to Missy Higgins, and is greatly inspired by the lyrics and rhythms of Phoebe Bridgers, Rusty Clanton and Billie Marten.
