It’s a Fest within a Festival. “The Port Rocks” is on the last Sunday in February in Port Adelaide, bringing you live music in heritage pubs AND a dolphin sanctuary cruise!!
On 28 February, the Port has it all. It’s got Rockabilly, it’s got Rock ‘n’ Roll, it’s got Indie Rock, it’s got Folk.
Pub crawlers will come across such acts as The Memphis Suns, Dusty Lee Stephenson, Vic Conrad and the First Third, Subtract-S and MORE. Did we mention these acts at the pubs are FREE?
Here’s a taste of Subtract-S to get you in the mood:
As with any great festival fun, there’s more to see and do throughout the day including a classic car display at the North Parade Car Park, food trucks, merch stalls, a pin up parade, and of course the cruise.
Get your tickets for the cruise now and don’t miss this special tour through the Dolphin Sanctuary with musical hosts The Timbers who have just released their new album, Kaurna Cronin – recently returned from his US tour – and another local fave, songwriter Banjo Jackson. Sounds like a great way to enjoy the sights and sounds of a Sunday in Pt Adelaide.
Trust us, these guys know a good time. See for yourself with The Timbers’ latest clip:
