MusicSA’s Scouted 2023 lineup has officially dropped, and what a lineup it is!
MusicSA is excited to present the lineup for our Scouted 2023 showcase, featuring 12 incredible unsigned artists and 3 iconic local West End venues. Only 1 ticket needed, grab yours here!
Your fave local live music West End venues Jive, Nexus Arts and The Lab will spread the love in hosting this year’s Scouted, featuring some of SA’s hottest unsigned acts. Ranging from noisey-post-punk to electronica, folk-pop to classic indie (the list keeps going..), the selected artists form one hell-of-a lineup:

Scouted is presented on 4 August and coincides with the Australian Independent Record Labels Association’s annual Indie-Con Australia conference, held here on Kaurna Land, Adelaide, Australia’s UNESCO designated City of Music. This year Indie-Con is being held at The Mercury, August 2-4.
This means there’s plenty of industry folk in town during Scouted, creating an incredible opportunity for our local unsigned acts to perform on their home ground to national industry professionals. MusicSA’s CEO Christine Schloithe states:
“Scouted serves as an incredible opportunity for these emerging talents. South Australia, geographically distant from the eastern seaboard where the national music industry thrives, often misses out on exposure. Being aligned with Indie-Con Australia enables us to invite delegates from the conference to experience Scouted and the showcasing artists, drawing in prominent music industry heavyweights to discover Adelaide’s next big national talent.”
